PRIVACY POLICY

1. The following privacy policy determines the rules by which personal data is managed which has been collected via the internet shop www.superpharm.pl/en ( from now to be known as the "Internet Shop”). 

2. The owner of the shop and at the same time the data administrator is SUPER-PHARM POLAND SP.ZO.O. with its head office in Warsaw (02-672) ul. Domaniewska 48, registered in the National Legal Register run by the Regional Court for Warsaw City, in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Legal Register under the number KRS 0000083512, with a capital of 410 000PLN, NIP: 5252175977, REGON: 016317049, from now known as Super-Pharm. 

3. Super-Pharm takes particular care in respecting the privacy of customers who visit the Internet Shop. 

§ 1 How do we collect data? 

1. Super-Pharm collects information about private individuals performing actions which are not directly legally related to their work, private individuals who carry out under their own name business or professional activities or private individuals representing legal entities or organisational units which although not legal entities have the legal right to conduct in their own name business or professional activities hereby known as Customers. 

2. The personal data of customers is collected in the following instances:
a) registering an account in the Internet Shop;
b) making an order in the internet shop;
c) subscribing to the newsletter; d) d) making use of the contact form 

3. In the case of registering in the Internet Shop the customer gives:

a) email address;

b) First name and Surname. 

4. During registration of an account in the Internet Shop the customer individually decides on their password used to enter their account. The customer can change his password later as per the regulations described in point 4. 

5. In the case of making an order in the Internet Shop, the customer provides the following data:

a) email address;

b) Address details;

a. street and number of house/flat; 

b. Postal Code and City/Town; 

c. Region; 

d. Country;

c) First name and Surname;

d) telephone number.

6. In the case of companies ordering the following additional information is collected:

a) Name of company; 

b) NIP number.

7. In the case of using the services of the Newsletter, the customer only gives their email address. 

8. In the case of using the contact form in the Internet Shop, the customer gives the following:

a) email address; 

b) First name and Surname; 

c) Telephone Number. 

9. During the usage of the pages of the Internet Shop it is possible that additional information will be collected, in particular the IP address which has been given to the customer’s computer or an external address of an IP internet provider, domain name, type of browser, time and type of operating system. 

10. It’s possible that navigational data from customers will also be collected, including information about links on which the customer clicks or other activities carried out on the pages of our Internet Shop. 

§ 2 How do we use the collected data? 

1. In the case of an account registration in the Internet Shop the customer data is used to open an individual account and the managing of this account. 

2. In the case of making a purchase in the internet shop the data can be given to a courier company with the goal of delivering the ordered goods. 

3. Navigational data can be used to provide a better service to the customer, for statistical analysis and the customising of the Internet Shop to the customer’s preferences, and also by the Internet Shop’s administrator.

4. In the case where the customer chooses to pay via the przelewy24.pl system, his data are shared to an extent essential to making the payment by the company PayPro S.A. a transaction agent with its headquarters in Poznan (60-327), Poznan ul. Kanclerska 15), entered in the Company register run by the Regional Court in Poznan, New Town and Wilda in Poznan, VIII Economic Department of the National Legal Register with the number of: KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068. 

5. In the case where the customer subscribes to the Newsletter, Super-Pharm will send to this email address electronic messages containing sales information about promotions and new products available in the Internet Shop. 

§ 3 Cookies, IP Address

1. The internet shop uses a small number of files known as „cookies”. They are saved on the computer of the Internet Shop user by Super-Pharm, if the user’s internet browser permits this. Cookie files usually contain the name of the domain from which they come, their “use by” date and an individual, random number which identifies this file. The information collected from such files help Super-Pharm to personalise its product offer to the individual preferences and real needs of the people who are visiting the Internet Shop. They also give the opportunity to generate general statistics concerning the visits to the Internet Shop and which products are viewed. 

2. Super-Pharm uses two types of cookies

a) Serial cookies: the recorded information is automatically deleted from the memory after each internet browser session or after the computer is turned off. It is impossible to collect any personal data or any other confidential information from the customer’s computer using Serial Cookies. 

b) Permanent Cookies: These are saved in the memory of the customer’s device and stay there till they are deleted or their time limit finishes. It is impossible to collect any personal data or any other confidential information from the customer’s computer using Permanent Cookies.

3. Super-Pharm uses cookies for the following reasons:

a) authentication of the customer in the Internet Shop and enabling the customer to use the internet shop (after login), thanks to this the customer doesn’t have to login again with login and password to each sub-page of the Internet Shop; 

b) analysis, research and audit of viewership and in particular the creation of anonymous statistics to help understand in which way the customer is using the pages of the Internet Shop, thus enabling improvement of its structure and content.

4. Super-Pharm uses external cookies for the following reasons:

a) presenting advertisements which are matched to the preferences of the Customer through the use of the internet advertising tool Doubleclick.net (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc with its headquarters in the USA); 

b) collecting general and anonymous statistical data via the analytical tool Google Analytics (administrator of the external cookies: Google Inc with it HQ in USA); 

c) presenting on the informational pages of the Shop, a map which shows the location of the Super-Pharm office, using the services of internet maps: google.com (administrator external cookies: Google Inc with its HQ in the USA); 

d) Presentation of a Certificate of Reliable Regulations via the internet service of rzetelnyregulamin.pl(administrator of the external cookies: Rzetelna Grupa sp.z o.o. with its headquarters in Warsaw). 

5. Cookies are completely safe for the computers of the customers of the Internet Shop. In particular it is not possible via this route for viruses or other unwanted programs to infect the customers’ computer. In addition to this the customers can limit or turn off access to cookies on their computer on their internet browser. If this option is used then it will be possible to use the Internet Shop apart from the functions which by their nature require cookies to work. 

6. Below we show how you can change the settings of popular internet browsers related to cookie usage:

a) przeglądarka Internet Explorer; 

b) przeglądarka Mozilla Firefox; 

c) przeglądarka Chrome; 

d) przeglądarka Safari; 

e) przeglądarka Opera. 

7. Super-Pharm can collect the IP addresses of its customers. The IP address is allocated to the computer of the customer who visits the Internet Shop by the internet service provider. The IP number enables the connection to the internet. In most cases it is recorded on the computer dynamically, i.e. it changes with each internet connection and for this reason is commonly treated as non-personal identification information. The IP address is used by Super-Pharm to diagnose technical problems with the server, the creation of statistical analysis (e.g. noting from which regions we have the most visits) as information which is useful in the administration and improvement of the Internet Shop and also for security needs or if needed for the identification of the loading server or unwanted automatic programs used to search the contents of the Internet Shop.

8. The Internet Shop contains links to other internet pages. Super-Pharm is not responsible for the rules governing privacy on these external sites.

 

§ 4 Access and security of data

1. The personal data collected by Super-Pharm via the Internet Shop are processed in accordance with the law from 29 August 1997 of the protection of personal data(Dz.U2016.922). 

2. Access to personal data of customers collected via the Internet Shop is available only to authorised Super-Pharm personnel.

3. The customer’s personal data can be given to other institutions based on the appropriate legal regulations or with the customer’s approval. The list of institutions which are referred to here are shown in the paragraph: “How we use collected data”. 

4. Super-Pharm ensures customers who have an account, permanent access to their data and the possibility to modify them at any moment. Access and modification of personal data are only possible after login to one’s account in the Internet Shop. 

5. The customer has the possibility to remove persona data from the data base. Super-Pharm may refuse to delete the customers’ data if he has broken the regulations which govern the functioning of the Internet Shop, and if the collected data is essential to investigate such a situation and assessing who is responsible, in particular in situations where Super-Pharm is pursuing a claim against the said customer. 

6. In cases where the customer subscribes to the information newsletter the customer has the possibility of deleting his email address from the mailing list. 

7. In the case where the customer who has an Internet Shop account has lost or forgotten the password giving access to the Internet Shop, the Internet Shop permits the creation of a new password. Super-Pharm does not send a reminder password containing a password. The password is saved in digital form in a way which makes it impossible to read. To generate a new password, you should enter you email address on the login form to your account in the Internet Shop. The customer will receive an email to the address he gave on registration or after any changes made to his customer profile, which will contain a link to a dedicated form which is posted on a page of the Internet Shop. On this page the customer will have the option to create a new password. 

8. Super-Pharm never sends any correspondence, including that Powered by TCPDF(www.tcpdf.org) electronic mails with any requests for personal data for login and especially password to the customer’s account.

 

§ 5 Changes to Privacy Policy

1. Privacy Policy can be changed, if so Super-Pharm will inform customers giving 7 days’ notice.
